We offer free shipping worldwide.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All orders are processed from Melbourne, Australia.
For Australian orders, allow 3 – 6 business days for delivery.
For International orders, allow 6 – 10 business days for delivery.
Please allow an extra day if you have requested our monogramming service.
We will contact you if your parcel is returned to us, and provide you with the option of re-dispatch. Re-dispatch will incur a $20AUD fee.
Who do you ship with?
We ship via Australia Post and DHL for Australian and International orders. Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all international orders.
Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of Australia.
While we take every effort to ensure a swift and smooth delivery, we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or extra fees, which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.
Will I have to pay a customs or import tax on my international order?
If you are an international customer, please be aware that you may be required to pay import duties, customs and local sales taxes, applied by the country you are shipping to.
Duzenman has no control or influence on any further charges when your order reaches its destination country.
As the recipient, you are responsible for these duties and/or taxes. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Taxes and duties are calculated per your shipping country, and are not included in the cost of your order.
Everything in our store has been produced to the highest standard. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind. If you need to exchange or return an item, which is considered faulty, you should contact us within 14 days of your purchase. Returns may be exchanged for another item of equal value or store credit.
Unfortunately, we do not exchange items that have been personalised (i.e. monogrammed) or Made-to-Order purchases.

Items on sale are final. We will not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items.
